I was able to purchase a home shortly after a divorce, starting new employment, a Bankruptcy and a short sale of my previous home.
Whew! I was only able to do this because I spoke with a mortgage professional that was able to give me the information I needed to set goals, create a plan, and walk alongside me to accomplish it. I have helped single parents purchase a home for themselves and their children and have a place to call their own.

As we follow the plan we have created, we will start the application and credit process, review your financial information, and once ready we will send everything in for a full approval to the Underwriter, which then inspires you to begin the fun of looking for homes and/or continue to accomplish your financing goals.
Empower
This is when all we have worked for comes to fruition! Once you have an accepted offer on your new home, or approval to refinance your current mortgage, we will continue with you through the journey to order an appraisal, finalize all conditions with the Underwriter, review your final numbers, and prepare you for closing on your new loan.
